Terms of Service

LEGAL DISCLAIMER Mop To It Cleaning CO. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to/with any company/ entity/ individual for any reason of its choosing and without explanation. MTICC is a moral based company and will never knowingly serve or support, advertise for, or use social media for an immoral, illegal/ criminally based company/ entity/ individual. If at any point in time MTICC discovers one of it's clients has violated MTICC's standards via immoral acts, illegal/ criminal acts, MTICC reserves the rights to immediately terminate their relationship/ affiliation with the client and to demand the client remove all MTICC business information/ affiliation (including but not limited to: logo, web address, phone number, email address, social media, etc.) from the client's website/ all social media platforms/ other business resources within 5 business days. Failure to remove MTICC's business information/ affiliation (including but not limited to: logo, web address, phone number, email address, social media, etc.) from all client/ company resources (including but not limited to: websites, all social media platforms, business cards, any advertising in physical business locations, etc.) within the 5 business days may result in legal action.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Payments for services are made either directly to Mop To It Cleaning Co. owners through a pre-approved method, or paid through an invoice sent to the client by Mop To It Cleaning Co. Checks and cashier checks are not accepted. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved by Mop To It Cleaning Co. Failure of payment or delinquency will result in a $50 late fee, immediate cancellation of future services, and may result in legal recourse. 

REPRESENTATION OF PROPERTY Mop To It Cleaning Co. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) relies on its clients to be truthful regarding the condition of the home/property being cleaned. If the home/property condition has been inaccurately represented, additional fees may occur. If additional fees are to be charged, MTICC will contact the client to inform them of the additional fees and the client may choose to continue with additional fees added, or may choose to cancel. If the client chooses to cancel, a late cancellation fee of $50 (for services under $335) or 15% (for services over $335) will be charge to the client.

LATE CANCELLATION Mop To It Cleaning CO. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) requires 24hrs notice of cancellation of services, failure to properly notify MTICC of cancellation of services may result in a $50 (for services under $335) or 15% (for services over $335) late fee at MTICC’s discretion.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS Mop To It Cleaning Co. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, throughout the world, to all: photos, videos, training courses, media content, and any copies of the aforementioned, acquired before, during, or after any services by Mop To It Cleaning Co. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It).

USE & PUBLICATION DISCLAIMER Regarding use and publication of photos & videos taken by Mop To It Cleaning Co. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) during services: Personal details/information (e.g. client house numbers, street names, license plates, neighborhood names, family photos in client's home, owner's names) are intended to be blurred or edited out of any photo or video published on social media and/or used for educational or marketing purposes, unless special consent has been received by the client in advance. While attempt will be made to preserve the privacy of the client's personal details/information in a photo or video, Mop To It Cleaning Co. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) is not liable for human error. If personal details/information have been missed in a photo or video, Mop To It Cleaning Co. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) will make every effort to correct the mistake(s), however is not liable for any consequence of the mistake(s). Mop To It Cleaning Co. LLC (MTICC/Mop To It) will not publish photos & videos of client’s spaces for marketing or training purposes without written consent from the client.

We are pet friendly!

A couple of things to know:

  1. We want your furbabies to be safe and will use natural cleaners for pet homes.

  2. We do ask that your furbabies are in a safe space for them while we clean. While we will use cleaners safer for pets, we obviously don’t want Fido licking up cleaner on the floor while it’s trying to dry.

A few things we don’t do:

  • We, unfortunately, are not a Pest Company, so we will not deal with bugs, spiders, reptiles, or rodents. We do ask that those issues are resolved 7 days prior to our services.

  • We are not a professional window cleaning service, meaning we will not clean the outside of your windows.

  • We are not an upholstery cleaning service, so we will not remove stains from your furniture/rugs/etc.
