  • Mop To It Cleaning Co. follows the industry standards of cents/sqft. While some of our custom services may be an hourly charge, the majority of our cleaning services follow the aforementioned industry standards of cents/sqft.

  • While we do team clean, we prioritize cleanliness and attention to detail over speed. We do our best to be as accurate as possible when quoting a timeframe, however, sometimes there can be tasks that take longer than expected. When/if that happens, we communicate that with our clients asap.

  • We do! We love natural cleaners! We have several brands that we use and love that are either approved by the EWG (Environmental Working Group), or are considered low risk by the EWG.

  • Yes! Proof of insurance can/will be provided upon request.

  • Yes, when the job calls for it. Most people are unaware that while natural/plant based cleaners have mild-moderate disinfectant properties, they are not true disinfectants. Meaning, if we’re cleaning a space that requires killing certain kinds of bacteria - we must use the appropriate chemicals to do so.

  • Sometimes, unfortunately, you just have to. Whether it’s due to needing to eliminate a certain kind of bacteria, or having to remove tough grime that natural/plant based cleaners aren’t able to cut through or sanitize - sometimes it’s necessary to use cleaners with harsher chemicals.

    Mop To It Cleaning Co., however, is VERY safety focused. All of our cleaning caddy’s have the proper PPE (personal protective equipment) in them for our cleaners, and we follow the safety precautions from the manufacturer for each cleaner.

    Most people don’t realize that stronger chemicals can be used safely if proper PPE is used, guidelines are followed, and proper disposal is adhered to.

  • Yes, we do! Part of our New Client Form requires clients to disclose if they have pets, if they do have pets, we make sure that the cleaners we use are as pet safe as possible and we do our bet to ensure the cleaners are dry and/or wiped away before a pet has access to that space.

  • That’s entirely up to you. When filling out our New Client Form we ask if there are any tools or cleaners you prefer we use and for you to list them. Some clients prefer we strictly use their own products, some prefer we use their vacuum cleaner/ floor cleaners and don’t care about the rest, and some prefer we strictly use our own tools/cleaners. We’re good with any of those options.

  • That’s totally fine! We will cover the first $50 of a specialized cleaning solution not regularly stocked by us, the remainder of the cost will be billed to you. We do provide alternative suggestions of cleaners we have on hand, and if you still prefer a specific solution - no problem - just let us know in advance and we’ll make sure we have it in stock.

  • Easy peasy - just let us know, we’ll make it right. It’s that simple.

    We pride ourselves on being approachable, professional, transparent, and able to receive feedback. While we pay great attention to detail, we are still human, and we know that sometimes that means we will make mistakes.   • We do! We understand that many commercial businesses require cleaning services after they are closed, which can mean cleaning at odd times of the day/night - and we’re good with that! We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
